Campaign ads appear on prime time and late night television programs, niche cable stations, top-tier national radio networks, magazines and well-known Web sites. $125 per call for Legal Services - This toll-free hotline connects brokers and office managers to an Ohio Association of REALTORS® staff attorney who can answer any type of legal question with regards to the real estate industry. This hotline is free unless a written opinion is needed, then a minimal $25 will be charged. Hotline can only be accessed by brokers and designated office managers.
www.realtor.org and search for proquest $40 per year for Political Advocacy - Both the Ohio Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS® employ full-time lobbyists to stay abreast of and intervene in current and future legislative issues affecting the real estate industry and the Legislative Affairs Committee of the Stark County Association of REALTORS® continuously monitors local issues. Additionally, RPAC provides a voice in the political arena. Funded by individual REALTORS® to financially support persons seeking elective office, who share the same governmental principles, RPAC funds also are used to aid in supporting or defeating pertinent legislative issues locally, statewide or nationally.
$200 per year for SUPRA Service - The SUPRA electronic key tracking system reduces liability and saves time for agents. System is seamless throughout CRIS area. Serviced by the Stark County Association of REALTORS® from 9 a.m.- 4 p.m., Monday - Friday. Authorized affiliate members (appraisers and inspectors) are permitted to lease a SUPRA key. $300 per year for MLS Service - A data-sharing agreement between CRIS and NORMLS has enhanced MLS service in Northeast Ohio by providing members with increased coverage and better MLS functions through NEOHREX. Members also may access a statewide open house database.
