Mandatory Ethics Education

The current quadrennial period for meeting the mandatory ethics education requirement has entered its first year. The deadline for compliance is December 31, 2012.

You also may fulfill this requirement online by visiting NAR's site or at OAR's site. Please note, if you take this course outside of SCAR, you will be required to provide SCAR with proof of class completion by faxing your course certificate to 330-232-8502, mailing it to: 4344 Metro Circle N.W., North Canton, Ohio 44720 or dropping a copy off at the Association.

This mandatory ethics requirement must be fulfilled by ALL SCAR REALTORŪ members, including SCAR REALTORŪ appraiser members. SCAR affiliate appraiser members are excluded from this requirement.
