According to its Constitution & Bylaws, the Association is governed by the Board of Directors elected by the general membership. Each of the Directors are elected for a three-year term. The Immediate Past President also serves on the Board of Directors. Additionally, the membership elects a Secretary/Treasurer each year who moves up as President-Elect and President respectively. Along with the Chief Executive Officer, these individuals serve as officers of the Association.

Mission Statement: The purpose of the Stark County Association of REALTORS® is to enhance the ability and opportunity of its members to conduct their business successfully and ethically, and to promote the preservation of the right to own, use and transfer real property.
