Have A Heart Guidelines

Mission Statement:

To raise funds to distribute to organizations that address community housing issues within the jurisdiction of the Stark County Association of REALTORS®.

Guidelines:

1. Organization must have a base of operation within the jurisdiction of the Stark County Association of REALTORS®.

2. Organization must qualify for 501(c)(3) nonprofit status.

3. Any funds received from the Stark County Association of REALTORS® via Have A Heart must be used within the jurisdiction of the Stark County Association of REALTORS® and must benefit area housing needs as described in the mission statement.

4. To be considered for funding, organizations must meet all guidelines and submit an application. Final selection will by made by the Have A Heart Committee and the Board of Directors of the Stark County Association of REALTORS®.
